After successfully completing a beginner's session you are invited to join the club to continue your doggie education. A very modest fee allows you to enhance what you have learned in beginners, and for those interested, help to prepare you to show your dog and earn obedience or agility titles.
Member training is generally less structured than our basic skills class, and classes are on a "come when you can" basis. At this time member training is held on Thursday evenings. Our club members have worked with and titled a tremendous variety of dog breeds, and their collective experience is one of the most valuable assets of the Berks County Dog Training Club.

If you have had basic obedience training and would like to apply for membership to the club, click here for a form. (This is in PDF format, see below to download Acrobat Reader)

General rules for Sinking Spring Fire Company outdoor training (Spring and Summer): Be prepared to clean up after your own dog. Dogs should remain on leash during training times. Dogs may be off leash while performing an exercise. Parking on grass along trees. No parking on macadam lot. No dogs beyond tree lines especially on the playground!
Training time 6 p.m. until dark. Feel free to use gates, jumps, but please help put them away at the end of the night.
